Transparency, integrity, and trust — the principles that guide how we steward your personal information.
Last Updated: January 1, 2026
As God's own people gathered in fellowship, we treasure your trust and protect your privacy with the same care and integrity Christ calls us to show one another. This policy explains, in simple terms, what we do (and don't do) with your information.
We track basic analytics like which pages you visit and how you interact with our platform. This helps us improve your experience and understand what matters most to our community.
When you participate in fellowship events, we may capture photos or videos. These are stored securely and used only for fellowship purposes — website galleries, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Welcome you into our fellowship family
Share upcoming gatherings, Bible studies, and worship services
Make our community resources better and more helpful
Keep you encouraged with fellowship news and testimonies
Build a warm, connected family of believers
We may send you encouraging devotionals, fellowship event invites, and important updates. You're always free to adjust your preferences or unsubscribe anytime — no hard feelings!
We do NOT sell your data. Ever.
We do NOT share your information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
We do NOT use your data for anything beyond serving our fellowship community.
As followers of Jesus, we're called to walk in truth and love — and that includes how we handle your information.
Your information is stored securely with industry-standard encryption and protection
Access to your data is limited to fellowship leaders who need it for legitimate purposes
We regularly review our security practices to keep your information safe
You have complete control over your information:
Request a copy of all the information we have about you at any time.
Update your personal information through your account settings or by contacting us.
Request that we delete your information. We'll remove it from our systems promptly.
We keep your information for as long as you're an active member of our fellowship. If you graduate or leave the fellowship, we may keep your data for historical records unless you request deletion.
Our fellowship is primarily for college and university students. If you are under 16, please have a parent or guardian review this policy with you before sharing any personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top and notify you through our usual communication channels.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests about your privacy or this policy, please reach out to us.
